Somerville, Mass – Let me preface this by saying that 42 is a pretty big number when it comes to Finnish foods. And “desperately need” are strong words, even if it is an attempt at funny by Buzz Feed. But that said, I was pleased to see Finnish cuisine (or Finnish anything) get some attention from the American media in this recent article.
My friend observed, “how many of the kids’ favorite foods are Finnish.” Now, my friend is Finnish but her family is global, and I guess they probably eat a lot of different kinds of foods.
Anyway, the twins are not Finnish, but they like Finnish food too. I can especially vouch for #1, 2, 4, 14, and 20 on this list…
